这个是由于Delivery Optimization服务和App Readiness服务没开启引起的
解决方法：
reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\DoSvc" /v "Start" /t REG_DWORD /d 3 /f
sc config AppReadiness start= demand
net start AppReadiness
重启电脑后生效
最后测试结果 这个是NTLite精简系统引起的，在精简系统时 组件移除--兼容性--系统文件检测SFC-服务堆砌DISM-Windows更新 没有勾选引起的
Windows的更新记录的日志位于：
C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log
如果其中没详细的日志就是没生成
我们需要在PowerShell中执行：Get-WindowsUpdateLog
就可以生成带详细记录的更新日志文件WindowsUpdate.log
